On a cold, moonless night the stars shine brightly in a clear, dark sky. Photographers braved the elements to capture images of the stars, Milky Way and the iconic Delicate Arch. Photos were stacked together to show the rotation of the stars above the arch.
About Lindsay Thomson
Lindsay Thomson is a photographer who specializes in a variety of landscape images. Her photos have garnered her awards in juried exhibitions locally and internationally. Living in Southern California in close proximity to local beaches, Lindsay enjoys photographing sunrises, sunsets and long exposure images over the ocean. A national forest is close to home and offers many opportunities for photography as well. She enjoys astrophotography, specifically Milky Way and star trails combined with unique foreground elements.
