Wai'ilikahi Waterfall in Waimanu Valley on the big island of Hawaii is breathtaking. The falls seems to be falling into three tiers. A ride on a helicopter brought us right to the waterfalls with the added advantage of height from which to view the spectacular views.
Lindsay Thomson is a photographer who specializes in a variety of landscape images. Her photos have garnered her awards in juried exhibitions locally and internationally. Living in Southern California in close proximity to local beaches, Lindsay enjoys photographing sunrises, sunsets and long exposure images over the ocean. A national forest is close to home and offers many opportunities for photography as well. She enjoys astrophotography, specifically Milky Way and star trails combined with unique foreground elements.
