The last rays of sunset illuminate the palm trees while a surfer packs up his gear and calls it a day. Windy beach conditions bring out the kite boarders. Visitors to the beach enjoy watching them zoom across the ocean during sunset.

Stacked rock sculptures brave the test of wind and water. The leading lines of the railing draws the eye to the picturesque palm trees, a quintessential element in Southern California beach landscapes. All in all, it has been a very good day.
