Although I am not 100% certain, I believe this is the work of Juan Manuel Cisneros. He creates rock sculptures up and down the beaches of Ventura. His work creates so much joy and pleasure to all who see them. This is the back of the rock in the previous image. Look closely and you will see small shells embedded in the holes of the rock.
