Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The miner and his mule hark back to the days of the California Gold Rush. The miner is crouched down panning for gold while the strong mule carries supplies and equipment for the miner.
About Lindsay Thomson
Lindsay Thomson is a photographer who specializes in a variety of landscape images. Her photos have garnered her awards in juried exhibitions locally and internationally. Living in Southern California in close proximity to local beaches, Lindsay enjoys photographing sunrises, sunsets and long exposure images over the ocean. A national forest is close to home and offers many opportunities for photography as well. She enjoys astrophotography, specifically Milky Way and star trails combined with unique foreground elements.
