The iron sculpture of an Indian with feathered headdress was created by sculptor Ricardo Breceda.
The multiple layered, composite image illustrates the rotation of the stars around the North Star Polaris over several hours in the night.
A filter was added for a graphic, fantastical effect.
About Lindsay Thomson
Lindsay Thomson is a photographer who specializes in a variety of landscape images. Her photos have garnered her awards in juried exhibitions locally and internationally. Living in Southern California in close proximity to local beaches, Lindsay enjoys photographing sunrises, sunsets and long exposure images over the ocean.
