Traditional pletna boats carry visitors to Bled Island in Slovenia. Many weddings are performed at the Church of the Assumption of Mary. It is considered good luck for the groom to carry his bride up the 99 steps to the church for the wedding. They climb the steps to the church tower to ring the bell and make a wish.
