The last rays of sunset illuminate the palm trees while a surfer packs up his gear and calls it a day. Windy beach conditions bring out the kite boarders. Visitors to the beach enjoy watching them zoom across the ocean during sunset.
Stacked rock sculptures brave the test of wind and water. All in all, it has been a very good day.
About Lindsay Thomson
Lindsay Thomson is a photographer who specializes in a variety of landscape images. Her photos have garnered her awards in juried exhibitions locally and internationally. Living in Southern California in close proximity to local beaches, Lindsay enjoys photographing sunrises, sunsets and long exposure images over the ocean. A national forest is close to home and offers many opportunities for photography as well. She enjoys astrophotography, specifically Milky Way and star trails combined with unique foreground elements.
