Gold and silver was mined at this abandoned mine from 1909 to 1938. The ore was shipped to nearby Bodie for smelting. The chassis of an old car sits in the foreground framed by late blooming yellow flowers. A filter was applied to this image to replicate the look of an antique photograph.
